Understanding the rental process with Chez Nestor 🏠
In our busiest time of the year, most notably during the return to school, you may be faced with no rooms left in your city of preference. Unfortunately, this means that the last rooms have all been booked!
Just to explain, Chez Nestor updates its available rooms on the website based on their current tenant’s departure notices; and as soon as we have finished new renovations.
We will publish a room to the website as soon as we receive the current tenant's departure notice, they normally give this 30 days before they are planning to leave.
If there are no rooms, this means no one has given there departure notices, or all the rooms that were available in the future have since been published to the website and have been booked.
However, the good news is that our team is constantly renovating new apartments and as soon as these are published to the website they will be available to move into immediately! 👌
If you haven't already, we would strongly recommend that you create an alert with us - that way you will be able to receive updates as soon as new rooms are posted to the website !
For information, our rooms are booked from our website on a first come, first serve basis, and we cannot control when the rooms are reserved. So just bear in mind that as soon as we publish these new rooms to the site they will likely to be reserved within the hour!
